We would love to be able to use an instrument such as the Microscan to measure microcirculation in the retina at the back of the eye. This would be a major breakthrough for a number of retinal diseases. It appears that if we had the right lens system this should be possible. Please can you advise.

You are right to be able to measure the retinal flow would be outstanding.  However this technology is not the answer at this time.  THe depth of focus is a maximum of 500 microns.  Possibly in the future if we redesign the instrument it might be possible.
